Orders & Processing

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can usually help within 12 hours of purchase. Email support@shne.life with your order number.

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

What items are final sale?

Clearance, seasonal, and free items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Go to your customer account on our site or contact support@shne.life.
Note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are unisex/true to size. Check each product page for size charts.

How should I care for my item?

Machine wash cold, inside‑out, gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on prints.

Can I stack discounts?
